SwissVend offers itself both as a seller (for products owned by SwissVend) and as an intermediary or representative of the provider/seller.
In principle, all products offered for sale are owned by SwissVend and are available immediately after the purchase/acquisition has been completed.
In individual cases and depending on the product, purchased goods are either handed over to the buyer directly by the seller (SwissVend acts here as an intermediary) or the buyer (or his legal representative) must be present on site to receive the purchased goods (e.g. real estate).
1. OFFER
The offer consists of various products that can be purchased individually by each interested party from the website directly in the online store or, in the case of products that are not offered in the online store, can be ordered via the contact form.
2. DELIVERY
Purchased products can be handed over to buyers online (e.g. domain transfer codes, tickets and other digital goods) or are sent to the buyer insured by post, or in the case of real estate, the purchase is made in the usual way via the land registry.
The exact transfer procedure is described for each product in the description.
3. PAYMENT
In principle, payment is made step by step – goods against payment.
Bank transfer
Payments are made by bank transfer. Buyers will receive the bank coordinates for bank transfer in the confirmation e-mail after the purchase. All prices are quoted in Swiss francs CHF. For online payments, the amount of the payment must correspond to the stated price in Swiss francs if payment is made from bank accounts in foreign currencies (USD, EUR, etc.)
Credit card payment
Credit card payments are processed via Stripe.
Payment with ETH (Crypto)
Transfers via Metamask or TrustWallet, only with Ethereum.
Payment can also be made on site when the goods are handed over to the buyer (if specified in the product description).
4.RETURNS
There is no right of return on purchased products. In individual cases, SwissVend can act as an intermediary between the supplier and the buyer. No guarantee of return.

Everything else is governed by the Swiss Code of Obligations. The place of jurisdiction is the provider’s canton of residence, Kanto Schwyz, Switzerland.
